About Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the Ancient Chinese Medical Practice of encouraging the free flow of energy through the meridians or channels, enabling the body to function at its optimal level. This is achieved by inserting very fine needles into acupuncture points along these energetic pathways thus creating balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit.

Some of the more common conditions treated are: muscular pain, neck and backache, physical injury, stress, joint pain, digestive problems and much more. Whether it’s a specific issue or an all-round balance, acupuncture can benefit anyone.

Acupuncture for Stress Relief

Acupuncture gets you back into the flow of life, assisting your body to regain its own natural rhythm. It balances your Qi; the vital life-force or energy of life.

Qi is received from the food we eat and the air that we breathe. Sometimes our Qi can get stuck due to our busy and stressful lifestyle. Acupuncture stimulates your body’s natural healing responses and restores you back to balance and good health.
