HICAPS enabled - Health Fund Rebates for Massage

We have HICAPS! Bring your Health Fund member card.

We are registered with most health funds* that rebate Remedial Massage.

To avoid disappointment, contact your Health Fund to confirm you are covered for Remedial Massage and that your practitioner is registered with them.

Also note that not all funds have a relationship with HICAPS. See this list of HICAPS affiliates. If your fund is not on this list we give you a receipt and you claim through the fund directly.

*Our Diploma therapists do their best to ensure they are registered with all funds. Please contact your therapist if your claim is rejected because it may be a simple error at the association or fund end.

Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend your appointment. Please advise us via phone 8068 6908 or by using the contact form on our website if you are unable to attend.
  • If we are not given enough time to fill the appointment there will be a full fee charged.
  • If you are late for an appointment we can not extend your time beyond the original finish time.
